Kudos to Translink
Luck has smiled on the Lower Mainland, and in conjunction with a round-the-clock repair effort that Translink CEO Thomas Prendergast has described as “aggressive,” the Pattullo Bridge was open again for business and traffic first thing this morning. The Pattullo Bridge closure has been an eye-opening experience for everyone in the Lower Mainland. The chaos caused by the bridge closure has been well-documented in the media as well as in the daily lives of hundreds of thousands of Lower Mainland residents. There isn't anyone who hasn't been affected in some way by this crisis.
Get Moving BC spokesperson, Jordan Bateman, was on Global News last night stressing the importance of staying on top of our transportation infrastructure needs so that we aren't always scrambling to catch up because of generational gaps between projects. As always, great job Jordan!

Unbelieveable
I wonder what the Truth is
We need New Bridges built that is true, how ever to scrap the Port Man makes no sence at all.
Anybody who would vote for this Liberal Gangster Gordo and his Gang needs to have their heads exmined !
Or looking to get in on a P3 with the Province no doubt. And its interesting the Liberals would choice a Road that leads them down further unaccountability as what was public now becomes private. And that is indeed risky as where there are secrets there are also lies, count on it at least 3 Billions Times. And just think if the province would have looked after its homeless problem it wouldn't have some poor slob buring down the way to people's homes at the cost of billions now if that isn't ironic I don not know what is as costs so far have out reached any wins in human life which means nothing. And the truth is there for all to see if they so desire as if your Living a Secret then your Also Living the Lie now isn't that the Truth for sure.
